Hassan is quite accurately the most pristine character in the entire book and probably the most pure spirit Amir has ever met. Though most kids Hassan’s age would have things their own way, Hassan would rather have it Amir’s way the most. Karma that rewards usually exists in the conscious of most people’s mind, but for Hassan the only kind of karma that exists is the kind that takes away. After the continuous help that Hassan gives, He’s one of the first to die.
